1. General.
1.1. The website offers exclusively for persons over 18 years.

1.2. The escort agency is not liable for the actions of the mediated person, they are independent and on site a contract between escort lady and client.

1.3. We work exclusively on the basis of our terms and conditions. Oral agreements in all points of these terms and conditions are not valid and will not be accepted.

1.4. The agency is an advertising platform for accompanying ladies. All our escorts act independently, we would like to point out that EscortAngels is not the employer of escorts.

1.5. By contacting an escort lady on escort angels, a contract between the respective escort lady comes about, but not with the escort angels escort agency.

2.1 We guarantee that the girl you book is also the girl on the EscortAngels website.

2.2. EscotAngels acts exclusively as mediation between the escort lady and the customer.

1.3. Each service in the context of an escort we exclusively between customers and the booked escort lady personally on site, without any influence of escort angels discussed and provided.

3. Subject of the contract
3.1. The subject of the contract is the mediation of independent escorts for social support and entertainment of the client.

3.2. If an accompanying person does not meet your expectations and you do not want to use this for your agreed mediation, the travel costs within Vienna of 25 € are to be paid to the escort. If the departure point is outside of Vienna, the travel costs are accordingly higher.

4. Conclusion of contract
4.1. It is possible to contact us over the phone or the Internet. The provider reserves the right to reject the contract in individual cases without justification. A claim for conclusion of a contract with the provider does not exist.

4.2. A contract is only concluded by an order confirmation. This can be done in writing or over the phone.

4.3. For bookings which are longer than three days, as well as bookings which are more than 250 km away from Vienna, the provider reserves the right to demand a deposit of 30% of the total amount in advance.

5. Fee
5.1. All agreed fees apply only to the respective booking and are to be understood as gross prices including the statutory tax. All additional costs during the mediation (such as entrance fees, meals, travel expenses, hotel accommodation, etc.) are to be paid by the client and, unless otherwise agreed, under no circumstances part of the brokerage contract offered.

5.2. The fee basically refers to one person. If you book two or more accompanying persons, the fee for each accompanying person must be paid individually. For more than one customer when booking an accompanying person, the fee multiplies by the number of customers booking.

5.3. For all special requests, such as couples or Swingerclub bookings, an additional fee will be charged. The agreed fee including the travel costs is to be paid in cash at the beginning of a date if you have not already paid by credit card.

6. Cancellation by the customer
6.1. A free cancellation is always possible for the customer within at least 24 hours before the start of the agreed date. Already paid will be refunded.

6.2. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded in respect of the agreed fee.

6..3. Further costs incurred by the Provider irrespective of the agreed remuneration in connection with an appointment transfer or cancellation by the Customer (eg for restaurant, hotel bookings) shall be borne by the Customer irrespective of the cancellation period.

7. Liability of the provider

7.1. The provider is not liable for the actions of the mediated persons. These are not employees of the provider and are responsible to the customer.

8. Privacy
We treat the personal data of our customers always confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations. A transfer of these data without is not or only in the context of the necessary execution of the contract, such as for the booking of restaurants or hotels. Escort Angels offers and expects discretion. All employees and escort ladies are contractually bound to secrecy. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. In addition, customers and girls undertake never to contact each other directly outside the contract period, but to make every contact exclusively via EscortAngels. Furthermore, EscortAngels guarantees the protection of the privacy of its customers and undertakes not to store any data and / or to pass them on to third parties.

9. Final provisions
9.1. Storage, transmission, transmission and reproduction or transfer of the contents is expressly prohibited without written permission. Violators will be prosecuted immediately and with great severity.

9.2. All orders are subject to Austrian law, place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
